Jacob is counsel for corporate organization, structuring, and governance; share and asset transactions; wills and estates; construction; and tax. Jacob enjoys working with all clients, from individuals to startups to established businesses, to deliver cost-effective, tailored legal solutions. He works diligently to answer questions and provide sound advice that allows you to make decisions with confidence.

Jacob graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Management with Honours, and earned his JD at the University of Calgary. Jacob worked with the in-house counsel team of a global pharma and agribusiness during the summers of 2020 and 2021. He teaches business law at Mount Royal University, volunteers with Calgary Legal Guidance, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association - Alberta Branch’s Legislation and Law Reform Committee.

Jacob was born and raised in Calgary. He loves to cycle, play tennis, downhill ski, and is an avid scratch golfer who tries to get to the course as much as possible.
